Prices are per student per field trip. The fee for extra students, over the 32 student maximum, is $18 per student.
Pricing - Overview
Travel fees only apply to In-School Programs. Travel fees may apply for some locations. Visit our Travel Fees page for more information. Field trips take place in your classroom, so there are no bus fees.
The minimum fee is a flat rate and applies to classes with 15 or fewer students.
The maximum number of students per field trip is 32. Some field trips may be able to accommodate up to an absolute maximum of 33 students. Additional charges apply.
All our school programs (In-School, Field Trip on Demand and Video Conference) are GST exempt, saving you even more money. Purchases made through our online retail store are subject to GST.
If a single class has more than 32 registered students, please contact our office to see if we can accommodate your larger group, subject to our discretion. This does not apply to combining multiple classroom groups.
Video Conference and Field Trip on Demand Programs
You will be invoiced on your booking date. Payment is due upon receipt. If you need to change the number of students (sets of materials), you must notify us at least 15 business days before your booking date. Once supplies have been shipped, there is no refund for unused supplies. If you need additional materials sent to your school but we have already shipped your materials, there will be an additional shipping charge and we cannot guarantee that the additional materials will arrive by your chosen date for your program. If you have received your project supplies for Field Trip on Demand or Video Conference programs and wish to cancel, you will be invoiced for the cost of the supplies. Alternatively, you can return the supplies to Teacher’s Pet at your own expense. In addition, cancellation charges will apply.
